Since 2015, Alarko Group has been communicating with its target groups and empowering young talents thanks to our LinkedIn management and «Alarko Talent Day» project.
Problem: Alarko Group is one of Turkey's most prominent holdings. Although each group of companies had a significant impact on their respective sectors, the group needed to communicate more actively with university students and specific target groups in order to strengthen its employer brand.
Solution: We started with a small step: We first created and implemented a dedicated communication plan for LinkedIn. Shortly after, we developed «Alarko Talent Day» project, a new kind of hackday format, to empower young talents in the group companies' target universities.
Results: We reached 25.000+ followers on LinkedIn page in 6 months and received 500+ applications for the previous Talent Day. Immediately after the event, 20 out of 25 young talents (80% conversion rate) were qualified to complete an internship in group companies.
